How to sit, and not sit, at the piano

I show how to, and how not to, sit at the piano, including if you use a bench or if you have to use a regular chair. The main points are:

Don't sit far back at the bench or chair. Instead, sit on the first half of it.
Don't place the bench or chair too close to the piano. You need "elbow room".
Your feet need to be on the floor. Children will need something under their feet, such as books.
